Jesse loves to sleep with me, at the edge of our bed, between our bed and Jesse's cot. There's a 5 inches difference in height between our mattress and hers. Most of the time, half her body will be on our bed and half on hers. At times, she will be at the very side of our bed.

And the amazing thing is that she won't slip and fall through the gap!
my boys do the same too. hb is getting worried about their "not-straight spinal" if they sleep like this.
