Doodling or Reading

As compared to Samuel, Jesse loves to doodle more than him when they are of the same age. Samuel was abit slower in writing than reading. His class teacher told me that a child who learns to read first will tend to know how to write at a later stage. So, I think Jesse is a child who learns how to write first and read later.

Jesse has no interest in words. She prefers pictures than words, which is the opposite of Samuel. I can forsee that we will have a tough time later when she goes to school.
